Are you ready for fall and a really cute fall project?! I'm so excited to share my latest pattern, BOOtiFALL :) And I'm even more excited to teach it as this year's quilt-along!
Up until now, I haven't done a Halloween-themed quilt pattern. I've done little blog projects, but not something this scale. These blocks were so fun to make and so dang cute all together, I couldn’t help but dream up a fun sampler-style pattern to use them all.
This week, we filmed a new YouTube video so I could show you some of the process. I worked through the spiderweb block in the video as well as the ring/frame process, the fill-in triangles, and the final assembly.
I’m so excited to teach BOO-ti-FALL as our quilt-along this year! Every year for the past five years, we've done a quilt-along where I teach through the whole pattern with a new lesson each week. These quilt-alongs are free to participate; the only requirement is that you buy the pattern. (Hang on to your order number found in the upper right-hand corner of your receipt, starting with a 4. You'll need it to join the group.)
BOOtiFALL is our 2026 quilt-along. The fun starts on Sept. 22nd in a private FB group. Every week for six weeks, we will upload that week's video lesson, and you can watch it over and over again, working through the process and sharing your work with the other participants. I will be in the group offering tips and encouragement as we work through it, block by block.
The pattern comes as both a PDF download and a printed pattern. We built fabric kits with the exact fabrics that I used in my sample, so if you like what I did, you can get that kit here.
